Dress code is smart casual, comfortable. Hats and scarves are not allowed on the flight.
It is mandatory to have an original passport or Emirates ID.
Before the flight is required to pass registration, weighing and briefing.
It is forbidden to use flash photography during the flight.
Flights of 12, 17, 22 or 30 minutes with a group or individually are available for booking.
It is necessary to report your weight for safe and correct weight distribution in the helicopter.

You are allowed to bring and use smartphones, amateur video and photo cameras during the flight.
Professional cameras (lenses 400mm and larger), selfie sticks, and tablets are prohibited.

The administration reserves the right to prohibit bringing aboard objects that will be considered dangerous or cause discomfort to other passengers during the flight.
Lockers will be provided for the duration of the flight.
